We have had to review and change our ordering system as a result of small and/or few orders we have been receiving. To be able to maximise our efficiency, we have to place a minimum order of $200. What we will be doing from now on, is accumulate orders during the month, and if we have a minimum order of $200 after the 25th of every month, we will place the order. However if this is not the case, we will have to roll over the orders to the following month. We will notify everyone whether an order has been placed, or if the orders are being rolled over.
Please note that we cannot place orders if we have not received payment.
We run this as a service to the community and not as a business. But we still need to conform to business norms.
